The best for ANYONE!
I couldn't wait to buy my own bare Minerals and when you apply it you autmatically notice an over all better difference. If you buy it in the boxes by skin tones with your 4 basic starters once your done you look absolutely fabulous! Great product for sensitive and acne prone skin types!
I have EXTREMELY sensitive and acne prone skin. All liquid foundations made me break out really bad around my forehead area. I first bought the BM starter kit, it came with 3 brushes, 2 foundation shades, and 2 face colors. After using the foundations for a week I noticed my acne cleared up substantially. After a couple weeks my acne had cleared up completely. I didn't change any other products I ...read morewas suing except for the BM foundation. 1. The product quality is good. I really like it. The only downfall is I didn't feel there was a variety of shades to match skin color. I have a olive/yellow skin tone and I could not find a color to match me. 2. The product does live up to it's claims. It feel's very pure on your face. It applies evenly and I never had any streaks or blotches. I used Smashbox's Photfoinish primer as my base before the makeup which made it go on even better. 3. It lasted for quite some time. At the end of my work day however it looked like it had faded substantially. I would suggest using such a product as MAC's Fix+ after application for softening the look and possibly better staying power. 4.The packaging is simple. The product is in a jar with a sifter. Even if you could not get any more product through the sifter you could always take it off for easy access to the rest if the product. At $25 a pot, I feel this product is worth it if you can find a shade that matches you well. The best
the best product out there. I have had problems with sking ever since I turned 18, but once I have discovered this product I swear there is major improvement. I have been using this foundation from the day it was on an infomercial, so imagine my excitement when it was finally sold at the stores. This is a product that no matter how many times duplicated, will still be number 1!!!! This Foundation Does It All
I have been trying/testing many cosmetic brands for many years. I am not an editor, or professional writer..but I am the ultimate consumer. I've done makeup artistry and have a great flair for picking the foundation that is great for everyone. While it is true that Bare Escentuals Foundation SPF15 may not be right for the small percentage of women who are especially dry or have dark freckles. ...read moreThose with dark freckles may want to try the Bisque multi tasking concealer...but it takes great skill of application to perfect this, so my advice is to be patient. If you want something that you can do very quickly and not give much thought, this is not the foundation for you. I have Bare Escentuals Foundation among other brands such as liquids, powder foundations, foundation sticks and I keep coming back to Bare Escentuals because it covers like no other brand yet it does not take alot of product to achieve this. Very little is needed and what I like most about it is that it stays intact while working up a sweat at the gym. Not bad
It provided good coverage when my skin was irritated. It hid discoloration in my skin, but showed some flaws (like puffiness) just as any other powder would. Not the best mineral makeup for fair skinned folks
I was really excited to try this makeup with all the excitement about it, but I was sadly disappointed with the actual product. The undertones are weird for people with light skin tones, and if you want any coverage with this product at all, you end up seeing it on your face.
