Love it, but was skeptical at first
Before I got the application process down pat, I hate this foundation. Once I got used to it, it's the only thing I've worn for two years. Tried the cheaper Mabelline and was not impressed. Product claims and the reality
Initially, about one year ago, I was IN LOVE with this wonderful MINERAL product, good for you skin, not CLINICAL (so, it must be much better); the commercials on PAID stations, in Sephora, on television shopping channels, etc. all claimed the ease of putting it on and the length the product remained on your skin was "stated pretty much as, will stay on all day". These commercials contin...read moreue, other mineral products (very much like Bare Escentuals have developed) and I have tried several (in fact some that have vitamins for your skin and other things such as amino acids which are wonderful) so after review and time, the intial EXCITEMENT OF THIS BRAND is gone for me and frankly, I have the excitement of natural vs. clinical is not as big for me either. a bit disappointed
I had to try this product after hearing the buzz. A year or so ago I gave it a try with one of their starter kits. The brushes were mediocre but the product was nice. It felt good and was incredibly easy to use. My problem was that the coverage was not so good. My dark circles were impossible to cover with this product. Best Ever!!
I love this product. I hate applying liquid foundation. The Bare Escentuals foundation makes my skin look flawless. It goes on easily and smooth its like not wearing foundation at all. I like that it allows my skin to breathe and it lasts all day and the SPF protects my skin from the harmful sun rays. Its a great value and the packaging is very eye-appealing. This make-up made my skin itch

Great for Light, Natural Coverage
I think this product is perfect for any type of coverage that looks natural. The positives of this make up is the fact that it does the job and also its also easy for beginners to use. The downside of this product is that it gets a little messy, but the mess could be avoided by simply doing your make up in an area where it will be easy to wipe off any powder that falls.
