Love it!
I have never worn foundation for a couple of reasons. One, I didn't need it, and two, I hated the way it felt on my skin. This procuct is great. I will never go back!
I did not think powder was for me, too...powdery! Was I wrong! I will never go back to liquid. My skin glows, everyone noticed and just said what's different, you look great! I was skeptical when I first bought this foundation that a powder could possibly be as effective as my usual tinted moisturizer,liquid foundation,concealer and setting powder routine but I was wrong. Ladies, stop hating on the product!
This foundation is great, and if all that stuff is happening to you girls, is because you're not putting it on right. I have no problems at all with this foundation. I have acne prone skin and have tried the most expensive and inexpensive foundations you can think of, this mineral foundation is not heavy at all. BE:Best foundation for product integrity & company for customer support!
I have been sufering adult acne now for more years than I'd like to admit. This, by far, is the only make-up that had truely help me take somewhat of a sense of control back. Upon visiting a new dermatologist, she put me on a new face creme * said to try not to wear make-up. I asked about the Bare essentuals bare minerals line, guess what? She said "oh! thats fine then!" Bare Escentuals
I like the concept of this. I've always hated "foundation" because it feels so thick and heavy, regardless of the formula, so I use the foundation occasionally as it's light and has great coverage. I've always been put off because of BE's exorbitant pricing though. Its called Bare Minerals not Caked on Minerals
I love Bare Minerals. I Have been on it for about 2 years and would never go back to the liquid's again. Looking over some of the other reviews, alot of people are complaining that its shiny or feels caked on,ect... Well as stated its Bare Minerals not caked on Minerals. If you try to pack it on yeah its going to look a mess and shiny and half of its going to fall off your face within the hour, use like it tells you to. Not worth it...
I had seen the info-mercial many times and finally broke down and ordered it...BIG MISTAKE!! I guess you have to have flawless skin to wear this stuff because it doesn't help on the "average" woman. I tried every tip in the pamplet that came with it and nothing seemed to help. It is messy, doesn't cover as well as the info-mercial says it does and the cost of it is just way too much to pay for something that doesn't do what they claim. Value for the money and packaging
Value for the packaging, no. Value for the money, yes! I love the fact that you get to see what your bying, most companys don't seem to want you to see what is in the package. I have a problem with that, because those companys don't want you to be disappointed before you get home and open it. Bare Escentuals has no problems letting you see what's inside before you get home,and your always happy...read more with what you find. The bareMineralsFoundation SPF 15, was also one not to displease. It"s the beauty of it's simpleness that does it for me. Right away i can tell that this is a product that they put alot of time and care into, like i said they didn't put a lot of money into the packaging, it's all right there in the product.
