Best I've Ever Tried
And knowing me, I've tried a lot! I have a habit of chewing my lip sometimes, and I also play French Horn(teeny mouthpiece+constant licking of lips=extremely dry), and this is the only chapstick I've found that works! Other kinds seem to work at first, but later just dry up to a cakey layer. This stuff sinks in, and works! Like it but don't love it
Everyone I know is obsessed with Burt's. I really like the tingly sensation and enjoy the first couple minutes of it.. but like another reviewer posted, it made my lips peel (or at least have a greater tendency to peel) and cracked. Nothing Better!

One of the best lip balms out there...
This lip balm has been a lifesaver for my lips. Ever since I've been wearing braces, this stuff has never let me down (unlike Chapstick, Carmex,etc.). My lips are so smooth and soft. The peppermint oil in this provides a nice tingle and who doesn't love the smell of peppermint? Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm
I used to be a huge fan of Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm until I tried Blistex Medicated Balm SPF 15 at half the price! With this economy I am cutting cost wherever I can without jeopardizing quality. Lovely tingling, nice moisture
Let me just start with- I love this lip balm! It glides on smoothly (although I do get the unusual tube that feels a bit “grainyâ€), tingles gently on your lips, and really moisturizers through a hot summer or a windy, dry winter. Here is a run down of the ingredients: Beeswax, coconut oil, sunflower oil, tocopheryl acetate and tocopheryl, lanolin, peppermint oil, comfrey root extract,...read more rosemary extract. As an additional bonus: the tube itself is made of over 50% recycled plastic (so be sure to re-recycle the tube when you finish!). I first discovered this lip balm about 8 years ago during a road trip stop at Cracker Barrel. For a long time, that was the only place (besides online) to find the Burt’s Bees line. Now, the line is much more accessible and can be found at your local drugstore, Target, and some grocery organic sections. The tube is my preference, since the tin’s consistency is not as smooth, a bit messier, and in my opinion, not as sanitary. Cons: This version does not have color (if you are looking for tint, try their tinted variety) and does not contain SPF. the best!!!
this is the perfect lip balm. it has a wonderful texture, not too waxy but still pretty solid. it has a pleasant but not too strong minty scent, which makes your lips tingle pleasantly and freshens your breath. although not glossy, it adds a very slight sheen to your lips if you apply a lot which gives a bit of dimension. i just tear through this stuff. love it.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
