I can wear this in any weather and don't have to worry about flaking or smudging. My favorite -- no flakes
I love Definicils. It is the only mascara that does not clump or get flaky. It also doesn't run either. It stays where it is supposed to -- on my lashes. I put it on in the morning when I leave for work and it is still in place at 5 in the afternoon.
