great balm but not for the fair skinned
The balm part of this is great, really helps to keep chapped lips at bay. unfortunately, the colors don't work so well for me. I tried this in two colors and they both washed me out, plus the shimmer is really strong so it looks a little juvenile (on me). Great alternative to lipstick

Great...once I found a shade!
I love love love the feeling of this, and that it is so low maintenance. I love makeup, but not lipstick, and rarely wear anything other than Chapstick Mint on my lips. Read these reviews and decided to try it. I bought raisin first, and it was SO dark and did not look good with my skin color at all! So today I bought Champagne and Cocoa. Love and can not be without my "Burt's Bees". It really keeps lips soft and moisturized, makes my lipstick look better on my lips.
