Fun and feels so good!
I love Burt's Bees in general! The lip shimmer is a nice alternative to normal lip gloss or lip stick. It is just a light color with a little shimmer. It is not over powering or over shadowing. the value is great because it is a natural product that does not harm the environment and it good for you too! The length of wear is like any normal lip gloss or chap stick. It needs to be re-applied after eating or several hours. I absolutely adore Burt's Bees products. The Lip Shimmer is no exception. It glides on smoothly and evenly and does add shimmer and shine. It does not last as long as I would like, but for the price it is well worth it. Touch ups are easy and quick. It comes in many different shades which is a plus. And of course, it comes packaged in the great Burt's Bees yellow packaging. Absolutely fabulous!
This is my new favorite! Just a few seconds to apply and it brightens my whole face! I love the natural peppermint scent. The perfumes in lipsticks bother my allergies, but I don't have to worry about that with this product. For all you redheads like me, the coffee shade will look great on you! It really does moisturize my lips while looking flawless. Only drawback: will rub off on things. Color is too dark
I like the feel of the balm, the size of the package, and the no-odor, no taste. However, it's WAY more than "a touch of color." When applied like regualar lip balm, the color is almost freakish. If you only apply super lightly, and then blot, its a tolerable color.
