Careful with Color!!
I love the way this product feels, but be careful when choosing your color ! I bought "Toffee" and it was all wrong for me - it goes on much "whiter" than it looked in the tube. Burt's Bees doesn't get a "B" on this assignment
I tried this product hoping to add extra color & moisture to my chapped lips. It smells nice, glides on okay, feels just okay on my lips, but the color is not flattering. I'd like this product much better if the shades weren't so "crayola" like. Red, orange or brown... they look prettier on the product that on my face. However, Burt's Bees scored an A+ on their Super Shiny Natura...read morel Lip Gloss in Zesty Red. This product I LOVE and use it alone, or with lipstick. Not too sticky, & just delicious enough. Loved it
I love Burt's Bees products and this is one of my faves. My friend gave me a set of four of these and I was really surprised at how pigmented they were. Cooling, soothing, softening Lip Shimmer
Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer is one of the best products I have ever tried. My lips get very dry and so I constantly have some type of lipstick or lip balm on my lips. I tend to use lip pencils, lipstick and shimmer and mix colors all the time. I tried Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer one day and instantly fell in love. Even though it is more of a lip balm, the color is rich and intense like a lip gloss and bec...read moreause it contains Peppermint Oil, it leaves your lips feeling cool and soothed. Now I just line my lips with lip pencil and then apply Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer right over the pencil. It works as well as lipstick, feels great and softens my lips all at the same time. It really is one of the greatest products I've found. It comes in a slim, yellow tube and fits easily in my make-up bag. For the lipstick beginners....
I am one of those women who is constantly buying new lipsticks and lip balms and then forgetting to put them on. I like this as it is easy to use and I don't need a mirror. This lip shimmer has good colors and feels great on. It moisturizes really well and your lips never feel goopy. The lip shimmer smells fantastic and is good for you too. Yummy love Lip shimmer gloss
Wow is all I can say. I think there is nothing better than seeing a woman all made up, and wearing a fantastic Shimmer lip stick. Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer I must say is an unusual name for a lip Shimmer, however, the product is fabulous. Makes me have that wet lips look, which always attracts the attention of males.
