efffective--but use sparingly
Ditto what many other reviewers said. Use more as a spot treatment than an every-night, all-over cream, or it will begin to bother your skin, dry it out and lose its effectiveness. Sensitive Skin Beware!
I have sensitive skin and I assume that I could use this. I later found out that I should've started with a lower concentrated formula. I only use this when I get a huge pimple and I have something special coming up soon. But besided the burning and itching of the skin. Almost as Usefull as the Derm's stuff
I bought this because my skin was getting used to the Salicylic acid in their other products. I supposed that it would work so-so, but was pleasantly surprised that it improved a moderately visible pimple overnight! It's not a miracle worker, but for a drugstore brand it does the trick. [The trick to getting instant results, or a quick fix, out of this is to apply to cleancleanCLEAN skin. Works for awhile

Clean & Clear

Persa Gel 5 or 10..... doesnt matter... they suck
I dont know if this works the same as persa gel 5 but since this is a stronger concentration im guessing it is more drying.
