Finally a mascara that I love! It makes my eyelashes very long. I have had many people ask if I am wearing fake lashes. I have tried expensive department store mascara and always come back to this. not as great as it purports to be
you apply the white mascara base first, but then you coat over it after it dries with the colored mascara. it doesn't cause more or less clumps than your standard mascara, and quite frankly, i find having to cover the WHITE base coat more tedious than anything.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
