Momsen favors heavy makeup to make her eyes stand out
Want sultry eyes like Momsen's just in time for the New Year's Eve? Grab a makeup brush and dust navy blue eyeshadow on your eyelids, sweeping the color slightly above the crease and past the outer corners of your eyes.
Use a thin makeup brush to continue the same eyeshadow shade below your eyelids, smudging the color with your finger. For Momsen's dramatic look, make sure your entire eye is outlined with the shadow.
To make your eyes pop even more, line lower lids with black eyeliner pencil and curl your lashes with an eyelash curler. Top off the look with a few coats of carefully applied mascara.
