Multitasking Micellars Originally developed in France, micellar waters (which aren't really water but a water and oil hybrid) are making a big splash in the skin care category. We love them for their multitasking power: They remove makeup, cleanse skin and leave behind a light amount of moisture. They're a time-pressed woman's BFF.

We had micellars win in multiple categories: Decléor Micellar Oil, $33, was our Editors' Pick winner for best cleanser, and Yon-Ka Paris Eau Micellaire, $42, snagged an Editors' Pick prize for best makeup remover. And we're guessing this is just the beginning. Check back next year, and -- who knows -- we may have a category just for micellars.
