On a whim, and looking for a budget buy bronzer, Bionic purchased Revlon SkinLights Instant Skin Brightener in “01 Golden Lightâ€. The packaging is very pleasing, with a lovely, clean, pump style application. The fluid is slightly creamy. However, application is a bit tough. Due to the poor application, this is not considered a good bargain buy.
