Not sure what this does...
This has the consistency of a silicone based primer which doesn't feel very hydrating and feels like it just sits on top of the skin. It has a scent which I'm not a fan of. Good that is has the SPF 30. It was definitely invisible...
But it felt like I was slathering on vaseline... minus the grease. I could not tell if I had anything on. I could not apply anything underneath nor on top of it. Everything would just pill. Does not do much
