Great for layering
I've been using this for six days, and so far my results are great. I layer it with my other products (toner, moisturizer, eye cream) without any issues. I love the mild rose scent and the lightly moisturizing texture -- it's not greasy and doesn't make me break out, which is huge. The ingredients and research seem solid, so I'll definitely use this until the last drop. It seems a little expensive for what it does, and whether it will fade my sun damage remains to be seen. I like it
I think I'm seeing some of my spots begin to lighten :) And without all the redness and flaking I get whenever I use retinol. I'm pretty fair skinned and didn't really get into sunscreen til I was 26, so damage was done. This seems to gradually be lightening my dark spots, which is awesome. Equitance Brightening Serum & Spot Corrector
I received this product a few days ago and have been using it twice a day for the past 4 days. The packaging it came in was interesting. It opened almost like you would open an envelope or a note (Think of those fancy folded notes you would pass in class in Middle/High School). What was nice about this packaging was when you opened it there were different bits of information about the product in a...read morell the different folds. The directions state to use 2-3 drops and massage onto your face and neck. The problem is, the serum is in a tube so you have no way to know what is considered a "drop." So at first I didn't use enough. The second time I used more than I needed, but now I've figured out the "right"amount for my face. But I still don't know if that is more or less than what the manufacturer considers a "drop." The serum has a nice smell and goes on smoothly. My skin feels nice and smooth, but I've also used less expensive products with the same result. As for the spot corrector, I have a very obvious (to me anyway) sun spot under my right eye. I started using another product on the spot and right away it started diminishing the spot. However, I stopped using it due to the "film" the product left behind and would peel off during the day. I was excited to see what Equitance would do for my remaining sunspot. Unfortunately, it hasn't done anything for it, but it's only been 4 days. So time will tell if it reduces the spot. Love It!
I've been dealing with acne scars and wanted to try something that would lighten those spots. The serum goes on very light and dries quickly, leaving my skin super soft. I do notice lightening on some dark spots around ares where I broke out before. The scent is not over-bearing but very light. I just started using Equitance Brightening Serum and Spot Corrector five days ago. I'm 40 and have many burgeoning age spots, due to my years of not wearing sunscreen. Though it's too soon to tell if it will lighten my age spots, it hasn't irritated my sensitive skin, which rebels against most anti-aging products. Equitance Serum & Spot Corrector
My first impressions of this Equitance product: great packaging/easy to store container; pleasant and subtle fragrance; and smooth, non-greasy application. Immediately upon using the product, I noticed a new smoothness to my 56-year-old skin. With each application, the contrast between my skin tone and dark spots is lessened. I just started using this product, I am applying twice daily and am very satisfied with the texture; it makes my skin feel so soft I think it could be used as a moisturizer too! Fantastic Brightening Serum
I have been using this product more as a serum that a spot treatment and am already seeing results. My skin appears brighter and my dark spots are less visible. A little bit of this product goes a long way and I really like the smooth texture. It does not leave you skin feeling greasy either.
