Lighter, Brighter Skin?

It's been about a week since I started using the Equitance Brightening Serum and Spot Corrector. I don't have dark spots so I'm mostly interested to see if the product will brighten the overall appearance of my skin. The product is light, on the creamy side for a serum and, like other reviewers have pointed out, absorbs well. Equitance Brightening Serum

I began using Equitance Brightening Serum & Spot corrector last Thursday. Minus 1-2 nights of shear exhaustion, I applied it both morning and night. After a long summer of over exposure to the hot sun, my face was still fairly tan and my freckles were still beaming with color. Within two applications my skin appeared a little brighter but the freckles and rosacea persisted. I wasn't expecting ...read moremiracles, so i was surprised to see my complexion looked a little brighter overall. It's now been five days since the first application. My skin doesn't seem brighter than it did initially, but my freckles do seem a little lighter. Sadly the rosacea persists. I guess there's no magic cure for that! I expect it will take more than 5 days to see a dramatic difference so I will continue to apply a bit longer. The directions on the box didn't really address how long to apply but it smells nice and is easy to apply. I'm anxious to see the results of continued use.

Equitance Brightening Serum & Spot Corrector

I started using this product to lighten a dark spot under my eye, and it is working beautifully. My skin is brighter and the dark area is lightening. It has a nice, light scent and feels good on my skin.

Working it's magic

I just started using Equitance brightening serum and spot corrector and am already impressed. In just a few short days, I am already seeing my brown spots slowly lighten. I have melasma on both of my cheeks, so I am really excited to continue using the product for maximum results. The serum is pretty lightweight and has a fresh scent to it!

I recently started using Equitance brightening serum to both lighten up an acne scar and improve the overall brightness of my skin. It's only been a few days but I already notice a difference! Equitance Brightening Serum & Spot Corrector

I just started using this product. I am applying twice daily and am very satisfied with the texture; it makes my skin feel so soft I think it could be used as a moisturizer too! The scent is light and fragrant. I will continue to use Equitance, and enjoy the outcome.

good stuff

I really like the product overall but have only been using it for a week so it's hard to tell if it's really working/ long terms effects. I recently got an acne scar near my nose so that's where I've been mostly concentrating the serum and I think it has lightened up a bit. I'm definitely going to keep using the product to hopefully eradicate it completely. The packaging is great because it's different than a traditional style. You unfold the box, origami style, to get to the product which feels less wasteful and very Japanese which this product is (made in japan!) so it all makes sense. I do wish there was more explanation of the product and directions on the outside of the box rather than just on the inside so if you were buying the product you'd know more about it. There are a ton of brightening/ lightening products out there so it'd be better if we could learn more about the product before purchasing. Also I was initially confused because you're suppose to use a few drops for face and neck but the product isn't liquid-y so I didn't quite know how much product to use. I just followed less is more and added more if I felt it was necessary.

A Brighter Complexion

I haven't been using this product for very long, but I've already added it to my daily skincare routine. This serum is less watery than others I've tried and provides a good amount of moisture without being sticky or heavy. I haven't had time to see differences in my dark spots, but I have noticed my complexion seems brighter and almost glowy.

Lightens and softens skin

The serum has a subtle pretty fragrance and it feels light on the skin. The packaging itself includes all the instructions and information about the product written on the inside and outside which I appreciate since I rarely unfold and read those inserts with most products. The plastic tube containing the serum doesn't look like anything special but the actual serum is quite lovely. I'm not sure if it will help lighten my acne scars, but it has made my skin generally brighter and softer! I like that I haven't broken out despite how frequently I've been using it. Definitely worth a try!

Soft and Smooth

I've been using this serum for a little under a week and while I haven't noticed any spots diminishing, my skin does look brighter overall. I love how this serum applies -- my skin soaks it up and instantly feels softer and smoother. Plus, I can layer it under my BB cream and SPF without feeling weighed down and it doesn't leave my skin looking oily or splotchy by the end of the day. Definitely will continue to use!
