Another great Benefit product!
I finally bought Benefit's gimme brow after a while of wanting it but not wanting to pay the +$20 for it. After using it and seeing the results I'm okay with having spent that much for a brow product that actually does what it says. One thing I didn't particu...read morelarly like about this product is that it's such a tiny bottle! It's .1 oz but it does have a tiny brush that only needs a little on it to actually work and cover my entire eyebrow. This is a brow-volumizing fiber gel that applies to each hair and stays without any brow gel or anything else needed. I love the tiny brushhead, it makes it easy to brush through each hair and a little bit of the product goes a long way. The packaging comes with a little "tips and tricks" booklet to show you how easy it is to use this; Using short brush strokes like the booklet says I just hit the beginning of my brows up until I get to my arch, and lightly swipe it through to my tail. I like to use my NYX eyebrow pencil on my tail because one eyebrow is a bit shorter than the other and it just evens it out. I don't use the gimme brow on the shorter brow because there is no hair for it to stick onto...I would say this is a great product for a person that has brow hair and just wants definition;if you don't have any brow hair this is probably not the product for you. The box says this is a water resistant product which is true because even though I sweat throughout the day it does not budge;also it says it's a long-wearing product-I agree with that as well; I can put it on in the am and in the evening when I remove my makeup it's still on my brows! It also says it's natural-looking and buildable; I agree with both of these claims as well. As I said, I believe it's targeted for people with brow hair and this just helps define the brows so they look full and it is buildable. I can apply a coat onto my brows and later on the day if I want to touch up my makeup I can add more without looking weird or like I have caked on brows. Love this for natural-looking brows but so tiny....
I was hesitant to buy this because it's so small for the price. I was happy Sephora provided a sample of this with a $25 purchase so I finally took advantage. I've always wanted to try this because everyone raves about this. I like how my brows look so natural with this on. I got this in the Light/Medium shade and I'm happy there's more of a cool tone to this than a warm tone. Makes the brows look...read more more natural. In the beginning I didn't find this brow to make my brows look fuller but after using other tinted brow gels, I can now say this does a wonderful job of thickening my brows compared to other ones I've tried. I cannot use this alone (unless my brows are looking fuller than usual). I would have to use this in conjunction with brow pencil or powder or pomade. The tiny fibers in here are super fine and unnoticeable but the texture of this is not quite like a brow gel or brow tint. The consistency is like a melted brow pencil in a tube if that makes any sense. I also don't like how this doesn't make my brows stay in place all day. It'll keep them up for thirty minutes or so and then my brows are all over the place. Would I ever buy this since I got a free sample? Eh, probably not especially for the price and tiny bottle. I have pretty thick brows, but I wanted to really get the bold definition that I'm seeing on the runway this season but this provides more of a naturally nice brow look rather than the heavier look. However, I was pleasantly surprised with it for natural looks and it's not a bad product, just a little light on coverage. The Holy Grail for my Eyebrows!

Gimme brow is great. Very easy to apply with such a nice natural result. It's rare that a product is so simple and true to description but this product has been good to me. Every know and then I apply some powder to my brows after using gimme brow in order to enhance the natural look. Ehhhh.. Okay if it matched!
This product would be amazing for someone who didn't have a reddish tint to their hair, as I do.. .I thought it looked great until I did one brow with the Anastasia in Auburn and saw the huge difference. So if you tend to be reddish, stay away. It's great for true brunettes. Love the applicator... it's better than the Anastasia in that way. Perfect for when my brows get unruly!
I love the Gimme Brow because my brows naturally curl when they get longer. While I do my best to keep them trimmed and waxed I can't always make it in to get them professionally done. Great For Beginners
I had been interested in finding a product to fill in my brows but every product I found so far was too dark and I was looking for a more natural look. I decided to try this product after a very nice salesperson at Ulta recommended it to me. I Waited and bought it at Sephora and I tried on both shades (I have dark brown hair fyi and my eyebrows are also dark). Both shades worked. Perhaps it wa...read mores because I was SUUUUPER light handed with the darker shade (you haven't lived until you see a makeup artist give someone you know Groucho Marx eyebrows and the ensuing hysterics that follow when they see it). Both looked extremely similar so I decided to buy the lighter shade. My reasoning was that I'd rather have the option of layering the product until it was as dark as I wanted rather then be stuck with the darker shade where I couldn't turn back. Works Great!
This is great if you have small brows and want them to look thicker and more polished. I don't always have a lot of time in the morning to get ready and this product is definitely a time saver. One or two swipes of this over my brows and my thin, sparse brows are defined perfectly!
