Exceeded My Expectations

eSalon exceeded my expectations. Nice packaging, instructions easy to follow, more than enough product, and I am delighted with the results. The color is beautiful, literally shimmering. My hair is shiney and soft. The day after I colored it, a stranger stopped me to tell me how much she liked my color and asked which salon I used! I'll be sending her a link to eSalon today. Just wanted to say Thank You!

I just wanted to say Thanks - for always reminding me before orders ship and allowing me to adjust delivery, color, etc. I am so appreciative that you don't expect me to remember when it's supposed to ship and just ship me the next box. I don't get stuff I don't want or need. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate how you do business and I couldn't be more pleased with how my hair looks and feels. I get a great product and fabulous hair at a great price - way cheaper than a salon.

BEST hair color EVER!

Last change made this color perfect. Took a while to get there, but glad I followed the colorist's advice and slowly went lighter 1/4 shade at a time. I love this product! Despite coloring my hair every 4 weeks, it is healthy and shiny and I get so many compliments on this color. Thanks!

Wonderful products.

I love e-salon. I have been with them for over a year.. my hair looks amazing, I get complements all the time , even my hair stylist loves it. I take my box to her and she colors my hair. She loves the hair color and gloss , is very easy to apply , and the instructions are very clear. I have explained exactly the color I would like and they send me exactly that color. I also use their Serum, Sh...read moreampoo and Conditioner. Great products .. I don't think my hair has look this great before ESalon. Also want to say that the people at esalon are super nice , their customer service is fantastic and they really try to be helpful and find a solution to your requests. I would recommend them to all my friends and family .

E-Salon hair color

The instructions were clear and everything was presented nicely. I like that the instructions told me how long a certain step should take-incredibly helpful. Color was darker at first than I thought it would be but has mellowed out wonderfully. Love the shampoo and conditioner I ordered with my color-my hair feels and looks amazing! Thank you for a great product!

Excellent service, excellent product

I have been colouring my own hair for years. I discovered eSalon and have never had such awesome results. a number of my friends are hair stylists and they have all commented on how healthy my hair looks and how great the color is....kind of says it all... The service is wonderful, with great follow ups every time i use the product. Thanks for such a great experience.

Love the color, love the service!

After coloring my hair myself for years using boxed color from the drug store, I moved on to the Beauty Supply store for better quality product that wouldn't ruin my hair. I just tried eSalon for the first time and I truly love it. The color is great! Customized to my wants and likes! The response from the company to questions is quick. And the follow up is great, too. I was very impressed b...read morey the experience, including the packaging that my color came in, and the instructions that came with it. I also love the refill schedule you can be on! I don't even have to think about it, and my color supplies will show up at my door when I need them. I Highly Recommend!!
