Disappointment
I got one of these because I hate wearing lipstick and wanted something with some real color to it to put on and layer my glosses over. Well, first off, as the other reviewers say... do not apply it like a marker. I looked like I belonged on a street corner. I then learned to blot and kind of smack my lips together to blend it in on my lips. acts like a marker
I hated it. This is not like lipstick at all. I felt as if I was using a Red Sharpie marker to color my lips. It did not look natural at all. It indeed looked liked I had colored my lips with a marker. However it is true that it (unfortunately) lasted all day on my lips. It was a total pain to try to remove. It would not come off. Again, as if it was a permanent marker. It took days for me to finally get the stuff off. Huge regrets in buying this product. Don't use this like a marker!
This is the best thing I have found for long lasting color. It is very important to use it on the side, not the tip; and you will find that it goes on more smoothly, and evenly.. without drying out the tip of this "marker". I put this on the morning, and was still wearing it when I went to bed. It stands up to kissing, hot drinks, and even eating! It is not drying, like the other product...read mores that are meant to stay on. It is also great for a base with your fave lipgloss!! it lasted but was too dark

OK if you don't mind dry lips
I like the color but it doesn't last all day. Maybe an hour, which is a lot for me because I smoke. But it's not worth how dry this lip stain makes my lips feel. CoverGirl Outlast Lip Stain
I love the Outlast line from Covergirl. I use a lot of long wearing lip stains and this is one of the best. The price is right. The color stays on for a very long time. No feathering or bleeding. didnt like
