Great stain!
I had been used to using a lip pencil to fill in my lips because I was not fond of lipsticks. I was happy to see an affordable lip stain! It runs about $7-$9 depending where you buy it (the store shown is a multi-package). I own 4 now- #420 is a ight blush- good for my lips to look natural because the pigmentation in my lips is very light #440 is a nice light berry stain- subtle for everyda...read morey use #402 is a bright berry color- reminds me of freshly smeared berries- like the color of bright berry lip stick of pinup girls in the 40's- If you lilke bright reds you will like this one otherwise a bit bright for the not so daring #450 is a deep red good for nighttime wear- has a red-mauve color to it I gave 9 stars because it does not stain all day (need to reapply after eating or drinking if you want to keep the more intense color. I also have some trouble with the lightest one- not sure it has alot of stain in it or that its allowing it to flow out of the tip. I love this product and surprised at the avg # of stars. If you want long-lasting stain (and probably rigorous washou routine to get it off) then buy the more expensive ones at Sephora. DRIES OUT!!!!
I bought this lip stain on sunday night, tried it that night because i was so excited and was very pleased with it, I applied it about 3x yesterday because i put shiny gloss over it and it didnt stay on well with the gloss. Today is tuesday, I went to apply it and the tip is dried out. Disappointment in a Tube
I am not one for flashy lip sticks. So when I saw this product on the shelf, I thought it was just what I was looking for. A soft color that didn't shimmer or glisten. What I got was something like a magic marker for the lips. The color on the box did not come close to matching the color I got. It was a mess really. Not worth the money!
This product does not hold up to the advertising! Wears off in about 10 minutes and the color dries out after a few days even after keeping the cap on after EVERY use! Disappointing
I bought this thinking it would last even a few hours, but that's not the case. It rubs off when eating or drinking, and it's a bit drying since you can't put moisturizer on below it. The colors aren't true at all to the bottles. I wanted a red, so I just went by the name "Scarlet Pucker" considering the bottle is a dark magenta color. It is red, luckily. The only thing these are really good for...read more is if you're looking for that retro matte look. WORST!
I applied this, waited for it to dry, and oh did it dry. It dried my lips out badly and the color only stayed on for maybe an hour. I thought I could use chapstick over this because I'm addicted to it but it only took the color off.
