Makeup Forever Kol Pencil
I am new to Makeup Forever, exclusive to Sephora. I am very impressed with this line, and this is the best Kohl pencil I have ever used. It goes on neatly and really smudges well. I have the hardest time finding a good black liner that does not melt fade away and reapply constantly. This one was amazing!
