    Great color selection

I am a sucker for nail polish whenever I go to the drug store, half the time I buy a new polish just because I saw some random color that I thought was too pretty to pass up. Due to these impulse buys most of my nail polish is Essie. For the most part I think Essie polish is great but some of the colors don't seem to be as good quality as others. I find that there darker colors dry shinier and ...read moredon't chip as much as their brighter or pastel colors (which I more drawn to). The color I most recently bought was the most disappointing because it dried almost matte, it looked like most polishes do after 3 days right after it dried. I am sure I will be buying again because of the colors.

I love Essie nail polish they lovely colors I'm wearing mont candy apple right now! Also they stay on for a long period of time and not only that but being at a reasonable price and the bottle doesn't go out quickly.

    Gorgeous Color, Polish Never Lasting

I admit Essie's colors are endless in variety and are cool but the polish doesn't last not even 3 days for me. I coat with base and everything. I get better results from cheaper polish

    Just meh

With all the good reviews and awards I really wanted to like this brand. For me the brush was a PITA to use. It was hard to manipulate due to it being so small. For as small as the bottle is $8 is pricey. For less than a dollar more I can get a full size OPI. China Glaze, Orly, and FingerPaints have bigger bottles, better color selection and formula, and cost less. For me the formula was either streaky or flooded my cuticles. The only way I would buy this is if it's severely discounted.

    Nice color selection

Essie has a beautiful color selection (especially their varied pink shades) but I have had problems with coverage and streakiness. I'm not sure if I've just had a bad bottle or two. I still think it is a great polish, way outrates other types of polish available in drugstores so if I need a quick polish fix I head to my local CVS to pick up Essie. Smooth application

Love all their colors and the application of the color is great. My only issue is that is chips, even with my top coat.

    Pretty Good

The one thing I look forward to about Essie polishes? The COLORS! Essie nail polishes provide a wonderful array of colors that I don't see from other pricier brands. It has a nice smooth formula, but my only downside is the brush. I find it to be a bit on the thin side, so it is harder for me to apply uniformly while getting up to the cuticle. If the brushes were tweaked a bit, I would definitely purchase more of their products!

    Great!

This really is great. It doesn't chip at all and goes on extremely smoothly. They have almost every color all the way from the most gorgeous reds to pinks to blues to browns. They don't have a lot of oddball colors like yellow or green, so if you like those, you might have a hard time finding a shade you'll LOVE, but if you like pinks and reds, you'll find the perfect shade for you. These last a r...read moreeally long time and I don't even use a topcoat unless I'm running out of a color and want this particular manicure to last a really long time. This is pretty much in the middle when it comes to price. It is more expensive than brands like Wet n' Wild, but are less expensive than Deborah Lippman. These polishes are ridiculously good quality. Sorry for the long review, but I really like these polishes (if you can't tell)
