Long Lasting, No Smudge, but dries out fast
The only thing about these eyeliners that I didnt care for, was that they tend to dry out fairly quickly. They arent as creamy as the Urban Decay or MAC Powerpoint pencils, but they last longer. If you need an eyeliner that will stay on all day, this is it! However, if you like creamy liners that arent so harsh on your waterline or lashline, I wouldnt recommend these. Okay
So here's the good and the bad...if you're eyeliner doesn't budge for 12 hours, as this product claims, it makes smudging it on your top lid almost impossible. Definitely not waterproof
I don't know how Chanel gets away with advertising this eyeliner as waterproof because it definitely isn't. I end up with raccoon eyes after an hour or so, just like any normal eyeliner. The perfect liner
I love this eyeliner, because it's everything a liner should be, highly pigmented, easy application, and a stay power that defies my greatest expectations. The relief I feel from not having to deal with smudging, creasing, or reapplication make the price more than worth it. AMAZING

Favorite eyeliner
Boy I wish I could still afford this stuff. I've had it in brown and black and loved both. I even bought one for my mom and she loved it too.
