The best liquid eyeliner I've ever used.

A while back, when I was trying to save money, I bought a drugstore brand instead, but since I was used to this stuff, I ended up throwing the cheap stuff away. I love the brush and the way it flows. In comparison, the cheap stuff I bought felt thick, messy, and nearly impossible to apply in an attractive way. So far, I like every color Urban Decay liquid liner that I've tried (I think I have SIX right now!)

Pretty good eyeliner

I have the black one, and the color is a really pretty, shiny black. The packaging is cute, and the brush is decent. It goes on smooth, lasts all day.

Fairly Easy to Apply.
