A Cleanser
This is a great cleaner for anyone especially people with sensitive skin. It it gentle and fragrance free. If you are needing to take off waterproof eye makeup you probably will want to use a separate eye makeup remover. why use water
This product can be used with or with out water, to wash and condition your hands. If your have allot of dirt or other stuff to remove you will need to use something more aggressive. I find that using it with out water leaves a nice thin protection, if you use water; it all seems to just wash off, leaving minimal protection/conditioning. Best facial cleanser ever
Ok, I used to use expensive face cleansers (started out with clinique, then went onto estee lauder). I still was breaking out. Dermatologist recommended Cetaphil--it was unreal...within a week my breakouts stopped and I haven't had one since (going on 4 months). Great for morning

After reading many articles extolling the virtues of Cetaphil, I decided to give it a try. My skin is very sensitive and somewhat dry. After only 2 uses, I looked as if I had eczema. I had dry, red scaly patches all over my face. I immediately went back to my old cleanser (philosophy purity) and it took about a week to get my skin looking normal. Gave it a second try---gave me a rash!
I loved this stuff, but I don't know what's up or if it was the bottle my mom bought. Her dermatologist recommended it because she has highly sensitive skin. It caused her to break out in hives. She passed it along to me...and I broke out in hives as well.
