OPI nail sticks-new and portable
I just tried the new OPI nail sticks which come in a number of brillant colors. I chose a midnight blue color and tried it on my toes first. You have the pump the button on the end of the stick to get the product to come out and then you apply. But I was not impressed with the width of the brush, nor the multiple applications of the product you have to use to get a good coat. It was very dull look...read moreing even though it is suppose to have a top coat mixed in with the color. Great depth of colour
My all-time favourite toenail polish, Opi Fiji Wiji Squeeze! The polish goes on nicely, smooths out so no ridge lines or brush marks, and has a great depth of colour, meaning the polish seems to be deeper and more lustrous than you would expect for the thickness of the coat. Nice packaging. The polish lasts forever on my toes although I do find it chips on my fingernails (but I'm not careful). Classic!
I have both Russian Navy and Midnight in Moscow, and they're both amazing colors. I wore Russian Navy on my toes for months, including on a trip to Japan. After Russian Navy, I switched to Midnight Moscow, which is dark but still has a lovely red shimmer. These are great colors for the winter, and will probably always be thought of as "classic" OPI colors. I'm glad I picked up my Rus...read moresian Navy way back in July '07! However, I will say that if you don't put a top coat on (which, uh, I don't always do, especially on my toes), the pigment will rub off -- a lot of my socks have blue toes now, and when I was a temp with Russian Navy nails, there were a couple of client files with navy swipes from my nails. Great Colors !!!

Why buy anything else. Colors are constantly being updated, and surprisingly are always the look on models in magazines. This high quality product does not get gooky and applies flawlessly like butter.
