Great range of colors
I love that MAC has such a broad range of lipstick colors to choose from. They always have exactly what I am looking for. I love that the lipstick is soft and smooth and does not dry out my lips. I usually like to layer a little bit of balm with it, but that is standard for any lipstick I use other than Dior Ultra Shine. Creamy!
I just got my first 2 lipsticks from Mac and love them to death I got the gaga glam 1&2 and they are gorgeous colors! I love the feel on my lips and the lipstick stays on pretty well, i have a problem with drinking a lot of water throughout the day so that makes it come off eventually but other than that these are amazing. Variety
I love the variety of MAC lipsticks, not only with the color, but the finish and you can find some with shimmer, some that are glossy, some are matte, etc. I think they have an excellent range of colors that can go from really pale skin, to the darkest of skin which is nice. They have that signature vanilla scent that most MAC products have and it smells so good. The only lipstick I wear
I have this in Sweetie and it's so pretty. I love how MAC has a wide selection of colors to choose from. I normally don't wear lipstick but the color I have is gorgeous. Dry, Dry, and More Dry
After reading a number of delightful reviews, I decided to splurge and purchase my first ever MAC lipstick, a matte bright red named Ruby Woo. The color is bright and fabulous--if you can get it on. I consider myself to have fairly moisturized lips, but this lipstick made them feel parched and cakey. I prefer my color to glide onto my lips, to make them feel soft and moisturized. Smells and looks yummy
Hesitant about buying such an expensive lipstick but this was worth the money. I got the cremesheen formula in Creme Cup. Beautiful color that lasts - and smells a little like buttercream frosting. Russian Red is my fave FOREVER!
I can't believe how long-wearing this stuff is... it's crazy! I used to be a Benetint diehard, but it frustrated me that I had to reapply every few hours, which defeated the point of lipstain to me. Plus, I love the girlishness of lipstick, and how feminine it feels to put it on, so I went on a search for the best red lipstick. I went straight to MAC and asked for their truest red, and the artis...read moret gave me Russian Red, which I knew was the same lipstick the Rockettes wear. IT IS GORGEOUS, and AMAZINGLY versatile! Applied straight from the tube it is a jaw-dropping red that is bold and bright but still believable on my very fair, neutral-toned skin (always the lightest shade in foundation!), with a finger a pretty, berryish stain, and with a brush (what I do every day) it ends up just like Benetint-only it actually lasts all day! Seriously, from 5am when my tutoring job starts to 6pm when I get out of class. It is amazing. If you love Benetint, get this! It's half the price, and honestly lasts twice as long! I brush on a little after lunch just in the center of my lips, and I'm good to go- also, applying lip balm (Nivea, strawberry-tinted) over it does not affect the color (with Benetint, it seemed to break the stain down). Love it but not worth all the hype
I love MAC lipsticks but honestly it is not worth all the hype. I do love the color choices because all of them are gorgeous(I am obsessed with HUE), and I love the pigmentation however I have very dry lips and despite my putting on lipbalm and exfoliating my lips of dead skin, it sometimes emphasizes the dryness of my lips.
