Please use this for pigmentation issues
I am in the skincare industry on the medical side. Most lighteners have hydroquinone in them which is band in every other modern country , besides the good old USA pharmaceutical companies and the pull they have with the government is part of this in my opinion. It has been shown to cause cancer in many studies done around the world.
