I’ve been using this toner for about a year now after cleansing my face with Olay Foaming Face Wash and it’s extremely gentle on my skin. I like apply Refreshing Toner on my skin with a cotton ball and smooth it all over my face. It really is refreshing, not tingly or stingy like some astringents can be. The Perfect Toner
The least expensive and best toner I have ever bought. It does the job leaving my sensitive skin clean and ready for moisturizer at night, and never dries me out. I also appreciate the fresh scent. Gentle but Tough
I love this toner. It's not harsh like other toners I've used in the past. Forget the expensive Department Store brands. Olay is the only brand of facial products I use. Better Than Nothing
I don't use liquid foundation, so if it's late and I'm really sleepy, I just tone and I'm gone. This toner makes me feel that my face is clean enough to go to sleep and not feel guilty for not going thru my regular routine. I love it! Die Hard

I'm not one for really using toners on my face but the olay refreshing toner worked well. Best Product, Best Price
I too switched from the expensive Clinique Clarifying Lotion to the Olay Refreshing Toner. It leaves my skin feeling very cool and clean and I love the scent.
