And guess what they said: 10 minutes? No problem. They gave us detailed step-by-step how-tos for all the hot trends like soft flowing waves, rich satin eyes and glowing skin. With their help, you can start blocking 20 minutes total prep time for a Hollywood-worthy hairstyle and makeup look -- a promise you and anyone else tapping their toes waiting for you can appreciate.

Celebrity editorial stylist Mark Townsend created this look for "Mad Men" star Jones. Townsend says this look is all about "second-day texture" (time bonus). To create the look, wash your hair the night before, apply a curl enhancing mousse like Dove Curl & Sculpt Defining Mousse, $2.99 and blow dry hair with a large round brush to create lift.

Next, spritz hair with a heat protecting spray, then grab a one-inch curling iron and wrap one-and-a-half to two-inch sections of hair around the barrel of the iron, rotating the direction of the curl with each new section. This will "create a big, loose wave instead of a tight curl," says Townsend. Sleep and then the next day, when you're ready to wear the style, reapply a bit of the mousse to dry hair and blow dry it gently with a round brush to freshen up the ends. Rake a small amount of shine-enhancing taming cream like Nexxus Sleek Finish Frizz Taming Silkening Lotion, $10.99 to add smoothness and shine.

Finish by misting hair with a flexible hold hairspray and scrunching your ends a bit.

Celebrity makeup artist Rachel Goodwin created this look for Jones. Goodwin says she "used ultra feminine colors with a super sculptural liner for a cool update" on the "classic late '50s" style. To create the look, keep the face "understated with minimal foundation, pale pink cream cheek color [on the apples of the cheeks], and a light pink sheer gloss" like Estee Lauder High Gloss in Blush, $16 on the lips. For the dramatic eye, use a liquid liner like Chanel Liquid Eyeliner in Noir, $34 to create a thick line "along the lash for an exaggerated cat eye effect," says Goodwin. Then apply two coats of black mascara on top lashes and one coat of purple mascara on bottom lashes (try Almay Intense I-Color Play Up Volumizing Mascara in Amethyst, $7.99).

Celebrity stylist Renato Campora created this look for "True Blood" star Paquin. To get the "soft yet glamorous look," Campora says to start by applying Frederic Fekkai Full Blown Volume Styling Whip, $23 to the roots of wet hair. Dry hair quickly with your hands and then use a half-inch curling iron and set the hair in pin curls for a couple of minutes (after curling each section with an iron, you'll pin up the curl to help it set). Remove the pins and run your fingers through your hair to loosen the coils, says Renato.

Next, pull hair back into a French twist, revealing the nape of the neck, and secure with bobby pins, he says. Create volume near the face by loosening the hair at the crown of the head a bit with your hands. Finish by spraying with a strong-hold hairspray like Tresemme Tres Spray Super Hold Hairspray, $3.99.

Bright red lips seen here on "True Blood" star Wesley, were all over the red carpet at this Emmys show and Landy Dean, celebrity makeup artist (to starlets like Michelle Williams and Naomi Watts) who works out of the Marie Robinson salon in New York City, says this look is super easy (read: quick) to pull off. Start by applying matte foundation, setting it with a translucent powder to get a clean-looking canvas. Then, choose a classic red lipstick or a brighter orange-toned red like Revlon Matte Lipstick in Coral, $7.99 and apply to the lips. Use the same lipstick and apply it to the apples of the cheeks with a sponge (like a cream blush), as this will "keep the color in harmony," says Dean. Define the eyes with a deep brown or black pencil between the lashes and blend slightly. Finish by applying a few coats of black mascara like Dior Diorshow Iconic High Definition Lash Curler Mascara, $27 to finish the look.
