Very under-pigmented
I purchased this mascara at TJ Maxx because it was only $15 and I love the Too Faced brand, so I thought it would be great. Aside from the shades "Kitty Glitter," "Tiger's Eye," and "Kitten," I noticed a lot of choppiness and lack of pigmentation, especially in the shade "P***y Cat." If you're looking for a Too Faced palette, get the Chocolate Bar or the Chocolate Bon Bons palette.
