Pretty good

This was my first BB product purchase. I actually prefer BB's instead of foundation. This product gives you a dewy, natural look. It glides right on, no drag, no demarcation lines, it will not settle into facial lines, it looks likes your natural skin. You would need concealer for any dark marks, as this is very light coverage. BB's are best for those with normal skin. I would not recommend them for oily and dry skin. Also BB' s are not as expensive as foundations.

Pretty good

The first BB Cream I ever tried was the Garnier Fructis one. It was horrible, dark, and left my skin looking so shiny it appeared wet. I heard good things about this one, and it came in a shade light enough for my EXTREMELY fair skin, so I decided to give it a try. Despite the negative reviews this is getting, I actually really do like it! On the packaging it SAYS that it has a really sheer covera...read morege, which it does. I'm really not looking for coverage in a BB cream, so this doesn't bother me at all. If you just apply concealer in areas such as around your eyes and on trouble areas, it makes your skin look really great. It does even out my skin tone a little bit and makes redness less noticeable. If you in general have pretty good skin and don't really need much to cover your zits, this would be a good fit for you. I personally have problem with redness (my skin is really cool toned in general and I'm extremely pale) and I've tried so many redness correctors! This works just as well as any I've tried, and I was surprised how much it canceled out red areas since the coverage is so sheer. It has absolutely no scent, which I'm pretty neutral about. I know for a fact that the Garnier BB cream has an extremely strong scent that lingers on your face for hours after you put it on, but this has nothing like that at all. I have combinatinon skin, so the most important thing I look for in a BB Cream is the fact that it moisturizes, but doesn't make my face look wet. Some people have been complaining about how it makes their face oily, but I get shiny in some areas very easily, and I haven't had problems with this. It definitely doesn't mattify my face, but it doesn't grease it up either. I like how it has a really high SPF value (30) but doesn't have the greasy feel of sunscreen. Overall, it's a really good BB Cream, and the fact that it's 8 dollars (Not 35 like most of the good ones) makes it even more worth it in my mind. I'd definitely repurchase this product.

Good for a light coverage

This was a pretty good deal. You get a good amount for a low price. I like the packaging because it makes it easy to dispense the product. You don't get a lot of coverage out of this so it's more for people who have pretty decent skin already and just want to even out their over all complexion. It blends easily enough. I find it a little sticky but it seems to set into the skin after a few minutes...read more and dry a little. I wouldn't really call this a BB cream since it has no skin healing or whitening properties but it's nice that it includes a low spf. It still does smell a bit like sunscreen but I kind of like that smell, personally. I feel that the shade light was a very good match for my NC 20 skin. It is a bit peachy in tone so I find it has a nice brightening effect that makes you looks very fresh and healthy. I do need to set this with a powder, though. Otherwise I do feel like it transfers just slightly. I also think it wears longer when powdered, anyway. But, you might be fine not powdering it if you have normal to dry skin. I didn't experience any problems with this going patchy throughout the day or not gliding over dry areas during application. It has a light coverage much like a tinted moisturizer(which I feel this is)and does a good job of reducing my redness and lightening the appearance of my hyper-pigmentation. Over all I really enjoy this product when I'm in a rush and need a quick base makeup.

Maybelline New York Dream Fresh BB Cream

I purchased the light/medium shade from Walmart a few weeks ago, and I'm really happy with this product! It's light and goes on smoothly with a makeup wedge. I put this on right after I wash my face and it really shortens my morning routine. It contains vitamins and sunscreen, so I can skip my moisturizing step. I set it with a light dusting of powder and it lasts pretty well throughout the day...read more. I have an oily t-zone, but this BB cream seems to last pretty well. I'm hoping that Maybelline will put out an oily skin version soon. This type works pretty well though! Definitely worth a try! I've noticed a significant difference in my skin tone and I've only been using it for a few weeks now.

Too Greasy...

I have very pale, combination skin with rosacea, and this product is not for me. I unfortunately bought the wrong shade (light/medium) and it was too dark for me. I found this product to be too greasy. I tried using this product with a primer and without, and I still did not like it. I found that it would smear off easily with my hand, with a tissue, and even when I would sweat. It smears off the ...read moremost around my T-zone and cheeks. It does not give a full coverage on my face, so it won't cover my rosacea and acne.

Okay But Won't Repurchase

This product is okay. It has its pros and cons. On the pro side, it is thin, sheer, and is good for general redness or uneveness on larger areas, like the cheeks and foreheads. I have dry cheeks, and this gives them a little moisture and evens it out slightly, although obviously not as much as a true foundation. But, if your rub it in too much, you can easily completely blend away any color. Also,...read more if I put this directly any of my areas with acne, like my chin, nose, and hairline, it makes that area look more greasy, red, and noticeable. I do like this to mix with other foundations to sheer them out without lightening the color too much. It isn't a "skin perfector" as advertised though, and it doesn't do a great job of what it's supposed to do without help from other products. Because of all this, I will finish the tube but I won't repurchase.

Fantastic for summer- or all year round

Very heavy

I bought this BB because it was only 5$ and I needed something cheap and quick as I was not home. I put it on in the czar and it smelled really paint like. I understood that it is fragrance free but that smell can be very disgusting and I really did not like it. Other than that I feel like it is quite cakey without powder, although I was really hoping for something to go powder-less. Overall, I give it an 7 because it has amazing coverage but there are some flaws.

Maybelline BB cream

I tried this thinking it was a bit of an experiment, but quickly fell in love with it! It's amazing! I use it everyday and adore it. I bought the lighter shade and it matches my fair skin perfectly. The only fault is you can sort of see through it. I have to put on some coverstick then this. Even so, I love it. I bought it half price from Coles too so that was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!
