It's supposed to be GLOSSY, right?
I had high hopes for this eyeliner. It's always sold out at Ulta so I assumed it was popular and I've always wanted to accomplish that wet-eye look. The eyeliner however is not very glossy. It's more like a gel liner; it goes on smoothly and has a saturated color, but it doesn't have staying power that many other gel liners have.
