They are all pretty similar and...read more I have tried all three settings. It comes with a travel case to store it in which is very convenient. I am impressed with the battery life as it seems to last a long time. I usually go about two weeks without charging it and I use it two sometimes three times a day. The package says that you can leave it on the charger to keep it fully charged but I find that is unnecessary. It not only wastes electricity but it is actually bad for the battery to always remain charged. The best way to extend battery life is to fully charge it and to let it fully die out. There is a beeping sound and red lights that will flash when the battery is dying and it takes about 12 hours to fully recharge. This was one of the best presents that I ever received and I would definitely recommend this toothbrush to anyone.
