This is definitely my favorite hair treatment that I've ever used. I just shampoo my hair normally, towel dry slightly while in the shower, and apply this as a conditioner. It doesn't take much, and I leave it in while I shave. After rinsing, the results are phenomenal. My coarse, thick, wavy hair is soft and well behaved, and the damage from blow drying and straightening is gone.
