This is a very gently product - I didn't have any cramps or anything like that. I only took one a night and that was plenty enough for me. There are 60 tablets in a bottle and it says only to use it for one week each month, so this bottle will last you a long time if you take it as recommended. I love the Colin Cleanse and so does my husband. It really works but is not harsh at all. I actually lost 15 pounds using this before my wedding just in time to fit into my dress. This item does what it says it will do! However, it says to take 2-3 per day. . .I took one and it was plenty.
