I got this lip liner in the shade '9' i believe... it was a true red. It makes a great base that lasts all day under my red lipsticks. it's perfect! I bought the clear liner, since it seems the colored ones never match right! This liner is fabulous.... lines your lips invisibly... makes it so lipstick will not move outside the line that you draw! It goes on very easily, lasts forever, is definitely waterproof, and you never have that crazy line around your lips if your lipstick wears off!This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 5 people said helpful
