One of the best eyeliners for a great price. It stays and doesn't run or smudge during hot days here in Hawaii. Love it.

Perfect Smoky Eyes

The Prestige liner in Storm is a beautiful grey liner that gives you a smoky eye without the raccoon look. I find it goes on smoothly and blends easily. Everytime I wears this on a night out I can't many compliments. Women always ask me what eyeliner I am wearing. Plus, if I forget to wash my face before going to bed I don't wake up looking like a raccoon!

Presige Professional Eyeliner

first couple times of use it hard to put on and make press hard, but after the liner 'breaks in' you'll love it. stays on.
