horrifying
It took 3 Months to repair the damage this did with only 3 Weeks of use. My skin is already prone to dryness, but the glycolic and salicylic acids in this dried my skin out and made it flake. I love BareMinerals, but certainly not this. their website says "like a daily multivitamin supplement with the added benefits of botanicals, glycolic and salicylic acids." Just because i...read morets Botanical, doesn't make it OK! Is Poison Ivy OK? I wish I knew what "botanicals" they are talking about but the glycolic & salicylic acids together were working like a daily chemical peel. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone with normal or dry skin. Maybe if you have oily skin or acne, but even then, I dont know if daily application is wise. Especially if you're using any other kind of exfoliant in your routine. This is certainly NOT "perfect for all skin types". Not worth it.

not completely impressed
I know I have difficult skin, but I am not completely impressed with this product. I've been using the primer along with the bare escentuals powder foundation for about 6 months now (haven't found anything else better...) does what the name says...
i have always hated foundation but @ my age there are times that i want a 'flawless' look... this stuff really does 'prime' ur face & as someone else pointed out, it's great for chapped lips... i also use b4 betime to fight winter dryness.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Super Product!
I was about to stop using Bare Minerals makeup due to the fact that I couldn't keep it on. At the end of the day, it appeared that I had not applied any makeup at all! Super frustrating! I saw this product and ordered it from the catalog and it is amazing! It smoothes over rough spots and lines and makes the foundation go on flawlessly. I've discovered a new use for this!
So as a primer on my skin, there really is little noticeable difference...but maybe I'm expecting too much. The B.E. foundation really does stand well on it's on. BUT today, I tried a bit of the primer on my chapped lips before applying lipstick and WOW it made a HUGE difference. not so good
