It really does work
It doesn't take long for you to notice the difference. And you really don't have to use it everyday, I would forget to put it on some nights or days, this way you'll have more strips to use. I used crest whitestrips once. They were okay. It wasn't easy to use and they were messy. My teeth got a little whiter but they weren't the whitest that they have been with other brands. The film didn't stay on my teeth very well and every time you would open your mouth to breath or you would swallow the film would move. These strips work great, but you don't need to finish the box to see results.
