Not bad!
I used this product as an alternative to a pricey dentist whitening treatment, and I have to say the results are not that bad...especially for the price. It works, but not for sensitive teeth

effective but painful
I agree with the previous review. This product is very effective, but if you have sensitive teeth, it's not the greatest experience. I have found that I never use up the whole thing because after a few days of doing two a day my teeth hurt, and if I just do one a day it takes two weeks and I eventually start forgetting to do it.
