use twice a week
ive learned you dont want to over scrub your face....think of it as a manual microbrasion. only use twice a week and maybe mix it with oil based balm to keep face lubricated while scrubbing the ded skin off... i suggest ren purity balm or eve lom.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 4 people said helpful

Makes skin SO soft!
I really love this product. After I used it, my face felt so soft. It wasn't too rough to make my face hurt. I noticed an immediate positive change in my skin from using this exfoliator! Good for oily, acne-prone skin
This is a great scrub! I mix a little with my face wash in the morning and use it in the shower. Use just a little, it goes a long way.
