Works well, but can sting..

Removes makeup easily and is never oily
Great product. A lot of "oil-free" eye makeup removers don't feel so oil-free. This one, however, is just fine. It's a little slick when you use it, but that dries up quickly. It very easily and softly removes eye makeup with no tugging, which is important since the eye area is so sensitive.
