I really really like this eye make up remover. It's extremely gentle on the eyes (very important to me because I wear contacts and have allergy problems). I've never experienced the stinging or burning like I've experienced with some cheaper brands. It also doesn't leave a greasy/oily residue on my lashes either. I've tried the cheaper drugstore brands and they just don't take my eye make up off as easily as this one does. The only reason that I gave it nine stars and not ten is because you have to pay for shipping and if the Mary Kay lady doesn't have it in stock you have to wait for it as opposed to going to a make up counter and picking up a bottle. The top makeup remover comes from a distributor? Really?! You need to find a distributor to order the product? You can't go to a drugstore or even a department store for the item? Sounds like the review wasn't totally accurate. For shame. And this is only for eye makeup. Works well, but so do less expensive options
