Best Liquid Liner
This is wonderful for two reasons. One, the applicator. This applicator allows you to draw a fine or heavy line perfectly, regardless of how well or poorly you may do with liquid liners. Easiest liquid eyeliner to use
The felt tip pen makes this so easy to use. I love the variety of colors. It is so nice to be able to get that fine tip right along your eyelashes. Since it comes in some more subtle colors, other than just the classic black, you can actually wear this on a softer makeup day. I particularly like the olive green color. Also if you take one of the lighter, shimmery colors and layer eye shadow over it you can create the neatest mermaid shades ever! It can create some pretty dramatic looks for those of you who aren’t afraid of color. I find this eyeliner wears well, you just have to be careful to wait for it to dry before batting your eyelashes too much. This is also a great liquid liner if you are nervous about trying a liquid liner. The fine tip makes it easy to slowly widen the area so you don't accidently cover your entire lid. I also would recommend this liner to anyone who wants a really fine line. The fine tip does not require sharpening and you can use it and create the perfect fill in of your lashes.
