Absolutely can not live without it!
I categorically refuse to even acknowledge the bad reviews for this product, because I love it so much, and have been using it fo years, and it had never peeled or cracked on me. Ever! And I by no means am saying that the bad reviews are untrue or anything like that. But what I'm thinking is that maybe those "bad reviewers" coincidentally didn't apply any alcohol to their nails prior to applying...read more nail polish and their nails weren't degreased or perfectly cleaned? And that might have possibly caused the pealing? And neither am I saying that we absolutely need to apply alcohol before putting our nail polish on. I only do it if I'm not applying the nail polish immediately after removing the old polish. You know how you can take your old polish off and then start doing something else, and forget that whatever we had our hands in might have possibly left residue on our nails? That's when it's good idea to have a spray bottle with rubbing alcohol, and give your nails a quick spray... Anyway, I absolutely can not live without this product. It is the best top coat in my opinion. In years of using it it has NEVER cracked on me (like many others had in the past), never let me down in terms of shine, drying time or durability. Once again, never! And I strongly insist that it's a superb product. We simply need to remember the basic rules of applying nail polish... Have clean nails prior to application. Do not (ever) go over the cuticle with nail polish or top coat - this will definitely cause your polish to peel much quicker (if not the next day). It is much better and neater to leave a very small visible nail around the cuticles, because your manicure will last longer and look more professional. And DO use good nail polish that doesn't need 5 coats in order for you to get the color you thought you were purchasing, because if you got over 5 coats of product on your nails, it will be hard for any top coat to get through all these layers and work for you... So if these very basic rules are respected - you will love the "Good to Go" from "Essie". Shiny topcoat
I have tried several different Sally Hansen topcoats, but this one dries quicker. As always, I put a top coat over the dried nail polish. It really gives my nails shine and gloss, and make them extra hard. This is obviously more expensive (I paid about $10 for a bottle) than Sally Hansen's topcoats, but when I use Good to Go, the polish lasts much longer.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 9 people said helpful

Very disappointed
I'm a big fan of Essie polish, and I purchased this top coat because it had come highly recommended. Guess what, if I want an expensive top coat to peel, be scratched up in a matter of hours, and make my manicures look horrible, I am sure there are others out therre that can achieve the exact same results that this one so unfortunately provides. I'd toss it in the trash if it hadn't cost so much m...read moreoney. I went back to using Out The Door which performs at a much higher level of quality and even if I've gone 3-4 weeks between manicures, my polish doesn't look horrendous. Not long-lasting
This polish delivers a super shiny topcoat and dries your polish almost instantly. Which is why it's too bad that this product doesn't last long in the bottle or on your nails. The best beauty product ever!
This is the best beauty product I've tried! Lacks the goopy-ness of the cheaper brands.
It's a little pricier compared to the $3-4 top coats like those from Sally Hansen. But it really glides over freshly applied polish beautifully without smearing or leaving a sluggishly-drying glob of top coat. Just don't overdo it! With every layer, just aim for a thin application. I haven't tried every top coat known to man, so I guess I can't really determine if this stuff is the best of the bes...read moret. But it works well and gets the job done. The best!
I´ve tried a few topcoats, but no one is as good as this. It makes my nail polish dry really fast, and that´s convenient for me since I´m always putting on nail polish right before I go out the door.
