Heather Locklear Hospitalized

Heather Locklear was admitted to a Los Angeles area hospital today with a bacterial infection.

The 49 year-old former "Melrose Place" vixen, who, in July, completed a 30-day in-treatment rehab stint for an addiction to pain medication, had just returned to Southern California after two weeks in British Columbia, where she was filming a movie called "He Loves Me" for Lifetime. Paparazzi caught her arriving at the Vancouver airport, and photos reveaedl a healthy, happy-looking Locklear - replete with her trademark beachy-blonde hairstyle - smiling as she walked through the terminal.

According to a statement released by her rep, Locklear has been put on a regimen of antibiotics and will be released later today. This, no doubt, comes as great news to her boyfriend of several years (and former co-star), Jack Wagner, and 13 year-old daughter, Ava Sambora (pictured here with mom at a fashion event last month).
