Fergie Shares her Beauty Tips With 'Elle'

This month, The Duchess, pictured here, appears on the cover of "Elle" and addressed some of the more hurtful things that have been said about her. She also revealed a few details about how she maintains her svelte figure.

Fergie told the publication that she uses little tricks to avoid junk food, like telling herself that fries are poison, and that she has worked hard to develop a thick skin when it comes to criticism.

"It has hurt me in the past when people say things like how 'fugly' I am or how horrible I look," she said in the interview. "I've had to learn not to give it such a high priority in life … I don't have time to get a facial every couple of days."

We think the singer, whose real name is Stacy Ferguson, is absolutely gorgeous all the time - and the girl cleans up nice for photo shoots, too!

After all, this is the girl who coined the term 'Fergalicious.'
