Over a decade ago Kimberly Snyder hosted a press event where she was serving raw food bites. Raw food may seem commonplace now (at least in cities like New York and Los Angeles) — but at the time it was anything but.
Years later, Snyder continues to be a pioneer in the wellness, beauty and health space as a nutritionist, certified yoga teacher, a spiritual and meditation teacher and a podcast host. As a nutritionist, she's worked with many celebrities, including Drew Barrymore, Kerry Washington and Reese Witherspoon. She's also the founder of Solluna Skincare and Supplements and, with five books, she's a multi-time New York Times author. (And, of course, there's no forgetting her signature Glowing Green Smoothie.)
