This dreamy hairstyle is touchable, yet elegant. The jeweled headband adds the perfect hint of glamour. Here, Hatcher explains how to copy it:

Step 1: Spritz a texturizing spray (try Garnier Fructis Style Surf Spray, $3.95) on dry hair to accentuate its natural texture.
Step 2: Using a large barrel curling iron, curl a few sections of hair around your face to create loose waves.
Step 3: Secure the rest of the hair back into a low messy bun, leaving the shorter face framing pieces loose.
Step 4: Mist with hairspray and slip on a sparkly headband like Dominique Duval Skinny Beaded Triple Strap Headband, $95.

A smooth side ponytail is casual in its simplicity, perfect for work or the weekend. Here is how Angelo recommends creating it:

Step 1: Wash hair with smoothing shampoo and conditioner as this helps to smooth the hair follicle so your final look is shiny.
Step 2: Apply a styling cream to damp hair that will promote hydration (try Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream, $26.95) and blow dry using a large round brush. Try to keep hair as smooth as possible by aiming the dryer heat down the hair shaft.
Step 3: Create a deep side part and secure a side pony at the nape, leaving the front section out. Sweep the hair at the front to the side to create a side-swept bang and mist with hairspray.

This high, wispy chignon is unfussy, yet glamorous. Add sparkly earrings to play up the sophistication of the style for a night out. Here is how Hatcher says to get it:

Step 1: Apply heat protectant (try Dove Heat Defense Therapy Heat Activated Protect & Shine Mist, $4.75 through already dry hair.
Step 2: Curl hair all over with a one-inch curling iron.
Step 3: Create a high-pony and wrap the tail of the pony loosely around the base, securing with pins to create a bun shape.
Step 4: Pull out a few thin pieces of hair from your pony to frame your face. Spritz your style with a light-hold hairspray to finish.

This slight tweak on a classic ponytail is fun and hip for a casual weekend outing. Here is how Hatcher says to copy it:

Step 1: Create a deep side part.
Step 2: Twist the front section of your hair counterclockwise -- away from the part -- into a roll, securing it with pins as needed (but one or two should do the trick).
Step 3: Secure hair into a mid-to-low ponytail and wrap a piece of hair around the base of the pony to hide the elastic, secure with a bobby pin under your tail. Mist with a shine spray (try TRESemme No-Frizz Ultra Light Shine Spray, $4.75).

And the "situation" women so often deal with when it comes to their hair and hairstyles is the "no time" situation, the "bad hair day" situation and, our personal favorite, the "I need to look pulled-together despite the fact that I have no time and am having a bad hair day" situation. Updo hairstyles can deal with a multitude of hair issues and the best part is, there are plenty of cute styles to try this fall. Like we said, updos are versatile.
